환불정책 (청약철회)

1. 청약철회의 원칙
이용자는 결제일 또는 서비스 이용이 가능해진 날부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 아래 제2조에 해당하는 경우 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
2. 청약철회가 제한되는 경우 (디지털 콘텐츠 특성)
소프트웨어 라이선스는 디지털 콘텐츠로서, 다음의 경우 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 회사는 이 사실을 구매 화면에서 명확히 고지하고 이용자의 동의를 받습니다.
- 라이선스 키가 이미 발급·활성화되어 사용이 개시된 경우
- 구독 기간 중 서비스를 실제로 이용한 경우(이용한 기간에 해당하는 부분)
단, 위 고지·동의 절차를 거치지 않은 경우에는 법령에 따라 청약철회가 가능합니다.
3. 환불이 가능한 경우
- 라이선스가 아직 발급·활성화되지 않은 경우
- 제품의 하자·중대한 오류로 정상적인 사용이 불가능하고, 회사가 상당한 기간 내에 이를 해결하지 못한 경우
- 회사의 귀책으로 서비스가 제공되지 않은 경우
- 기타 관련 법령에서 정한 사유에 해당하는 경우
4. 구독형 서비스의 해지·환불
- 구독은 다음 결제일 이전에 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 다음 주기부터 결제가 중단됩니다.
- 이미 시작된 구독 주기에 대한 부분 환불 여부는 이용 개시 여부 및 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
5. 환불 방법 및 처리 기간
- 환불은 원칙적으로 결제한 수단으로 이루어집니다.
- 국내 결제(Toss Payments 등) 및 해외 결제(Paddle 등)는 각 결제대행사의 정책·절차에 따라 처리되며, 카드 취소·환불 반영에는 결제사 사정에 따라 영업일 기준 며칠이 소요될 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 환불 요청이 정당하다고 확인된 날부터 관련 법령이 정한 기간 내에 환불 절차를 진행합니다.

Refund Policy (Withdrawal)
Effective: September 7, 2026
1. General right of withdrawal
You may request withdrawal within 7 days of the payment date or the date the Service became available, except where Article 2 below applies.
2. When withdrawal may be limited (nature of digital content)
Software licenses are digital content, and withdrawal may be limited in the following cases. The Company clearly discloses this at checkout and obtains the user's consent.
- The license key has already been issued/activated and use has begun
- The Service was actually used during a subscription period (for the portion used)
Where the above disclosure and consent were not obtained, withdrawal remains available under the law.
3. When a refund is available
- The license has not yet been issued or activated
- A defect or serious error makes normal use impossible and the Company fails to resolve it within a reasonable period
- The Service was not provided due to the Company's fault
- Other grounds provided by applicable law
4. Cancellation and refunds for subscriptions
- You may cancel before the next billing date; billing then stops from the next cycle.
- Whether a partial refund applies to an already-started cycle depends on whether use has begun and on applicable law.
5. Refund method and timing
- Refunds are, as a rule, made to the original payment method.
- Domestic payments (Toss Payments, etc.) and international payments (Paddle, etc.) are processed under each provider's policies and procedures; card cancellation/refund posting may take several business days depending on the provider.
- The Company processes a valid refund within the period set by applicable law from the date the request is confirmed.
