라이브 데모 콘솔 사용법
설치도 로그인도 없이, 브라우저에서 EdgeReach·SupportReach의 실제 웹 뷰어 콘솔 (넷서브 ServerKit ViewerGateway)을 그대로 체험할 수 있습니다. 데모에는 합성(가상) 장치가 실시간 화면을 스트리밍하므로, 실제 기기나 고객 데이터 없이 콘솔의 모습과 흐름을 확인할 수 있습니다.
이 데모, 이렇게 보세요
- 위 버튼을 누르면 새 탭에서 콘솔이 열리고 자동으로 연결됩니다(상단 표시가 ● live로 바뀜).
- 잠시 후 캔버스에 실시간 화면이 나타납니다 — EdgeReach는 산업용 HMI 패널, SupportReach는 원격지원 중인 데스크톱입니다.
- 우측 상단의 fps로 초당 프레임을, Disconnect로 세션 종료를 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 데모 장치는 합성 화면이라 키보드·마우스 입력은 반영되지 않습니다(실제 배포에서는 완전한 원격 제어가 됩니다).
📟 EdgeReach — 무인 장치 플릿 관제
키오스크·디지털 사이니지·산업용 PC·PLC 같은 사람이 없는(unattended) 장치를 원격으로 관제·복구합니다. 데모 화면은 그런 장치가 실제로 띄우는 산업용 HMI의 예시입니다.
실제 사용 흐름
- 프로비저닝 — 프로비저닝 CLI로 장치를 대량 등록하고 기기별 enroll 번들을 발급합니다.
- 에이전트 상주 — 각 장치에 EdgeReach 에이전트가 상주하며 제어·텔레메트리·화면을 하나의 ConnectKit 연결로 다중화합니다.
- 웹 뷰어로 접속 — 운영자가 브라우저 콘솔(ViewerGateway)에서 장치를 선택하면 라이브 화면이 열리고 원격 제어가 됩니다.
- 권한·감사 — RBAC 권한·단기 토큰·기기별 ACL로 접근을 제한하고, 모든 세션은 해시체인 감사에 기록됩니다.

🤝 SupportReach — 동의 기반 원격지원 · MSP
헬프데스크 상담원이나 외부 벤더가 사용자가 쓰고 있는 PC에 접속하는 동의 기반(attended) 원격지원입니다. 데모 화면은 상담원이 보는 고객 데스크톱과 동의·녹화 배너의 예시입니다.
실제 사용 흐름
- 동의로 시작 — 사용자가 지원 PIN을 공유하고 명시적으로 동의해야만 세션이 열립니다.
- 상담원 접속 — 상담원이 브라우저 콘솔에서 세션에 붙어 화면을 보고, 동의 범위 안에서 제어합니다.
- 녹화·감사 — 세션 전체가 녹화되고 위변조 방지 감사에 남습니다. 벤더 접근은 범위·시간을 제한(PRA)합니다.
- 종료 — 사용자가 언제든 종료할 수 있고, 기록은 조직의 신뢰 경계 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.

How to use the live demo consoles
With no install and no login, try the real web viewer consoles for EdgeReach and SupportReach (NetServ's ServerKit ViewerGateway) right in your browser. The demo streams a live screen from a synthetic device, so you can see the console and the flow without any real machine or customer data.
Using this demo
- Click a button above — the console opens in a new tab and connects automatically (the status turns ● live).
- A live screen appears within a second or two — an industrial HMI for EdgeReach, a support desktop for SupportReach.
- The fps readout (top-right) shows the frame rate; Disconnect ends the session.
- The demo device is synthetic, so keyboard/mouse input is not applied (a real deployment has full remote control).
📟 EdgeReach — unattended device fleets
Operate and recover unattended devices — kiosks, digital signage, industrial PCs, PLCs. The demo screen is an example of the industrial HMI such a device actually displays.
How it's used for real
- Provisioning — bulk-enroll devices with the provisioning CLI, issuing a per-device enrollment bundle.
- Resident agent — an EdgeReach agent on each device multiplexes control, telemetry and screen over one ConnectKit connection.
- Attach via the web viewer — an operator picks a device in the browser console (ViewerGateway); the live screen opens with remote control.
- Access & audit — RBAC permissions, short-lived tokens and per-device ACLs gate access; every session is written to a hash-chained audit.

🤝 SupportReach — consent-based remote support / MSP
A helpdesk agent or outside vendor connects to the PC a user is actively using — attended, consent-based support. The demo screen is an example of the customer desktop the agent sees, with the consent/recording banner.
How it's used for real
- Starts with consent — the user shares a support PIN and explicitly consents before a session opens.
- Agent attaches — the agent joins from the browser console, views the screen and controls within the consented scope.
- Recording & audit — the whole session is recorded to a tamper-evident audit; vendor access is scope- and time-limited (PRA).
- End — the user can end it at any time, and records never leave the org's trust boundary.
