개인정보처리방침

2026-10-28 개정 안내: 이메일 발송 수탁자(Amazon SES)와 발송 목적을 명확히 하고, 온라인 강의 수강생 명단 항목을 구체화했으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 처리에 관한 조항을 추가했습니다. 이전 버전(2026-10-26 시행) 보기
넷서브(NetServ, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
- 회원가입·주문: 이름(또는 상호), 이메일, 연락처, 결제에 필요한 정보
- 결제: 결제는 결제대행사(PSP)를 통해 처리되며, 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 회사가 직접 저장하지 않습니다.
- 라이선스·서비스 운영: 라이선스 발급·활성화·모니터링에 필요한 노드 식별자, 사용량(피어 수 등) 정보
- 회원 계정(넷서브 통합 계정): 이메일, 이름(표시 이름), 비밀번호(단방향 암호화 저장), 2단계 인증 설정 정보, 로그인 기록
- 화상회의(Meeting)·온라인 강의(Education) 이용: 회의·강의 이름과 코드, 참가자 표시 이름, 참가·퇴장 시각, 이용 시간 등 이용량. 참가자의 영상·음성·화면공유는 실시간 중계만 하며 저장하지 않습니다. 단, 아래 기능을 사용한 경우는 예외입니다.
- 녹화(호스트·강사가 녹화를 시작한 경우): 영상·음성·화면공유 녹화 파일
- 강의 운영(Education): 수강생 명단(이름, 이메일, 전화번호·학번(선택)), 출결 기록, 녹화·자막 이용 동의 기록, 퀴즈 응답과 점수
- 서버 자막·번역(자막을 켠 경우): 발화 음성과 그 음성을 변환한 텍스트
- AI 회의록·강의 요약·퀴즈 생성(호스트·강사가 요청한 경우): 자막 전사 텍스트와 생성 결과
- 이메일 초대(호스트·강사가 이메일로 초대한 경우): 받는 사람의 이메일 주소
- 고객 게시판(Q&A): 게시글·답변 내용, 작성자 이름과 이메일(선택 입력이며 비공개로 저장해 답변 알림에만 씁니다. 익명으로 쓰면 저장하지 않습니다)
- 자동 수집: 접속 로그, 쿠키, 접속 IP, 브라우저 정보(서비스 운영·보안 목적)
- 방문 통계: Cloudflare Web Analytics를 통한 페이지 조회 수, 유입 경로, 국가, 기기 유형 등 비식별 집계 정보(개인 식별자 미수집)
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
- 서비스 제공, 라이선스 발급·관리 및 본인 확인
- 주문·결제·정산 및 청약철회(환불) 처리
- 고객 문의 응대 및 기술지원
- 서비스 운영·보안, 부정 이용 방지 및 통계 분석
- 화상회의·온라인 강의 중계, 그리고 녹화·자막·번역·AI 요약 등 이용자가 요청한 부가기능 제공
- 요금제별 이용량 산정
- 고객 게시판 문의에 대한 AI 1차 답변과 회신 알림
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
원칙적으로 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 따라 아래 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 계약·청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년(전자상거래법)
- 대금 결제·재화 공급에 관한 기록: 5년(전자상거래법)
- 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년(전자상거래법)
- 접속 로그 등 통신사실확인자료: 관련 법령이 정하는 기간
서비스별 보유 기간
- 회원 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다(법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 제외).
- 화상회의 녹화 파일: 요금제별 보관 기간(Free 7일, Standard·Premium 30일)이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다. 호스트는 그 전에 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 강의 녹화 파일: 과목별로 정한 보관 기간이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다. 출결·퀴즈 등 강의 기록은 강사가 삭제하거나 과목을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
- AI 회의록·강의 요약: 호스트·강사가 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
- 자막 텍스트: 회의 중 화면 표시와 회의록 생성에만 쓰고 회사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 이용량(발화 시간 등)만 기록합니다.
- 고객 게시판 게시글: 작성자가 삭제를 요청하거나 운영 정책에 따라 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 이용자가 동의한 경우에 한합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁합니다. 화상회의(Meeting)·온라인 강의(Education)의 주 서버는 회사가 국내에서 직접 운영합니다. 결제대행사 등 수탁자가 추가되면 본 방침에 명시하여 고지합니다.

웹사이트 방문 통계 분석을 위해 아래와 같이 Cloudflare Web Analytics를 이용합니다. 이 도구는 쿠키·로컬 스토리지를 사용하지 않고 개인 식별자를 수집하지 않으며, 페이지 조회 수·유입 경로·국가·기기 유형 등 집계 통계만 처리합니다.
6. 개인정보의 국외 이전
회사는 이용자와의 서비스 계약을 이행하기 위해, 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외에서 처리하도록 위탁하거나 보관합니다(「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호).

국외 이전을 거부하는 방법과 거부의 효과
- 서버 자막, AI 회의록·강의 요약·퀴즈 생성, 이메일 초대는 선택 기능입니다. 사용하지 않으면 해당 정보는 국외로 이전되지 않습니다.
- 화상회의 호스트가 회의를 '보안 회의'로 열면, 그 회의에서는 자막과 AI 회의록이 꺼져 음성·텍스트가 국외로 이전되지 않습니다.
- 고객 게시판에 올린 새 글은 AI 1차 답변을 위해 Anthropic으로 전송됩니다. 이를 원하지 않으면 게시판 대신 아래 개인정보 보호책임자 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
- Oracle·Cloudflare 위탁은 웹사이트와 회원 서비스 제공에 꼭 필요합니다. 이를 거부하시면 회원 가입, 게시판 등 해당 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다. 거부 요청은 개인정보 보호책임자에게 하시면 됩니다.
- 선택 기능을 거부해도 화상회의·온라인 강의의 기본 기능은 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
브라우저 자막 안내
서버 자막을 쓰지 않을 때의 기본 자막은 이용자 브라우저에 내장된 음성 인식 기능을 씁니다. Chrome 등 일부 브라우저는 이 과정에서 음성을 브라우저 제조사(예: Google)의 서버로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 처리는 이용자의 브라우저와 그 제조사 사이에서 이뤄지며, 회사는 해당 음성을 받거나 보관하지 않습니다.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 직접 회원 가입을 받지 않습니다. 학교·학원 등 이용 기관이 온라인 강의(Education)에서 만 14세 미만 학생의 개인정보를 처리하는 경우, 그 개인정보의 처리자는 이용 기관이며 회사는 이용 기관의 위탁을 받아 처리합니다. 이 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제22조의2에 따른 법정대리인의 동의는 이용 기관이 받아야 합니다. 법정대리인은 이용 기관 또는 회사에 아동 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다. 녹화 파일, AI 회의록·강의 요약은 호스트·강사가 회의·과목 화면에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 녹화에 참여한 참가자는 호스트·강사나 회사에 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 접근 통제, 전송·저장 시 암호화, 접근 기록 보관 등 합리적인 보안 조치를 시행합니다.
11. 쿠키의 사용
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있으며, 이용자는 브라우저 설정을 통해 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다. 또한 방문 통계에 사용하는 Cloudflare Web Analytics는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy
Effective: October 28, 2026
Revision notice (October 28, 2026): We have clarified the email-sending processor (Amazon SES) and the purposes of sending, specified the student-roster items for online classes, and added a provision on the processing of personal data of children under the age of 14. View the previous version (effective October 26, 2026)
NetServ ("the Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
1. Personal data we collect
- Sign-up / orders: name (or trade name), email, contact, and information needed for payment.
- Payment: payments are processed by a payment provider (PSP); the Company does not itself store card numbers or similar payment-instrument data.
- Licensing / operations: node identifiers and usage (e.g. peer counts) needed to issue, activate and monitor licenses.
- Member account (NetServ unified account): email, name (display name), password (stored using one-way encryption), two-factor authentication settings, login records.
- Use of video meetings (Meeting) and online classes (Education): meeting/class name and code, participants' display names, join and leave times, and usage such as duration of use. Participants' video, audio and screen sharing are only relayed in real time and are not stored, except where the features below are used.
- Recording (when the host or instructor starts a recording): recorded files of video, audio and screen sharing
- Class administration (Education): student rosters (name, email, phone number and student ID (optional)), attendance records, records of consent to recording and captions, quiz answers and scores
- Server captions and translation (when captions are turned on): spoken audio and the text converted from it
- AI meeting minutes, class summaries and quiz generation (when requested by the host or instructor): caption transcript text and the generated results
- Email invitations (when the host or instructor invites by email): the recipient's email address
- Customer board (Q&A): posts and replies, and the author's name and email (optional; stored privately and used only for reply notifications; not stored if you post anonymously).
- Automatically collected: access logs, cookies, IP address and browser information (for operation and security).
- Visit statistics: aggregate, non-identifying data (pages, referrers, country, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics; no personal identifiers are collected.
2. Purposes of collection and use
- Providing the service, issuing/managing licenses, and identity verification
- Processing orders, payments, settlement and withdrawals/refunds
- Responding to inquiries and providing technical support
- Service operation and security, abuse prevention, and statistical analysis
- Relaying video meetings and online classes, and providing additional features requested by users, such as recording, captions, translation and AI summaries
- Calculating usage by plan
- Providing a first AI answer to customer board inquiries and reply notifications
3. Retention period
As a rule, personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose is achieved. However, it may be retained for the periods below under applicable law:
- Records on contracts and withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Records on consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
- Access logs and communication-fact confirmation data: the period set by applicable law
Retention period by service
- Member information: destroyed without delay when the member withdraws (except records that must be retained under law).
- Video meeting recordings: automatically deleted after the retention period for the plan (7 days for Free; 30 days for Standard and Premium). The host may delete them earlier.
- Class recordings: automatically deleted after the retention period set for each course. Class records such as attendance and quizzes are retained until the instructor deletes them or deletes the course.
- AI meeting minutes and class summaries: retained until the host or instructor deletes them.
- Caption text: used only for on-screen display during the meeting and for generating minutes, and is not stored on the Company's servers. Only usage (such as speaking time) is recorded.
- Customer board posts: retained until the author requests deletion or they are deleted under operating policy.
4. Provision to third parties
The Company does not, as a rule, provide users' personal data to outside parties, except where there is a legal basis or the user has consented.
5. Outsourcing of processing
The Company outsources the processing of personal data as set out below in order to provide the service. The primary servers for video meetings (Meeting) and online classes (Education) are operated directly by the Company in Korea. If processors such as a payment provider are added, they will be specified and announced in this policy.

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for visit statistics, as set out below. It is a cookieless, privacy-first tool that does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not collect personal identifiers; it processes only aggregate page-view statistics (pages, referrers, country, device type).
6. Overseas transfer of personal data
To perform its service contract with users, the Company entrusts the processing of personal data to parties abroad, or stores it abroad, as set out below (Personal Information Protection Act, Article 28-8(1)(iii)).

How to refuse overseas transfer and the effect of refusal
- Server captions, AI meeting minutes, class summaries and quiz generation, and email invitations are optional features. If you do not use them, the related information is not transferred abroad.
- If the meeting host opens a meeting as a "secure meeting", captions and AI minutes are turned off for that meeting, so audio and text are not transferred abroad.
- New posts on the customer board are sent to Anthropic for the first AI answer. If you do not want this, please contact the data protection officer by email below instead of using the board.
- The Oracle and Cloudflare outsourcing is essential to providing the website and member services. If you refuse it, you cannot use the related services such as member sign-up and the board. Send refusal requests to the data protection officer.
- Even if you refuse the optional features, the basic features of video meetings and online classes remain available.
Note on browser captions
When server captions are not used, the default captions rely on the speech recognition built into the user's browser. Some browsers, such as Chrome, may send the audio to the browser vendor's servers (for example, Google) in the process. This processing takes place between the user's browser and its vendor; the Company does not receive or store that audio.
7. Personal data of children under 14
The Company does not directly register children under the age of 14 as members. Where a client institution such as a school or academy processes the personal data of students under 14 in online classes (Education), the controller of that personal data is the client institution, and the Company processes it under the institution's entrustment. In that case, the consent of a legal guardian under Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act must be obtained by the client institution. A legal guardian may request access to, correction, deletion of, or suspension of processing of the child's personal data from the client institution or the Company.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data, and the Company will act without delay. Recordings and AI meeting minutes and class summaries can be deleted directly by the host or instructor from the meeting or course screen. Participants who took part in a recording may ask the host, the instructor or the Company to delete it.
9. Destruction of data
Personal data whose retention period has passed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted by irrecoverable means.
10. Security measures
The Company applies reasonable safeguards, including access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and retention of access records.
11. Cookies
The Company may use cookies to operate the service; you can refuse cookie storage through your browser settings. Cloudflare Web Analytics, used for visit statistics, does not use cookies.
