제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 넷서브(NetServ, 이하 "회사")가 제공하는 소프트웨어 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "소프트웨어"란 회사가 제공하는 ServerKit, ConnectKit, SessionKit 및 관련 프로그램·문서를 말합니다.
- "라이선스"란 회사가 이용자에게 부여하는 소프트웨어 사용 권한을 말합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 개인 또는 법인을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자 및 사유를 명시하여 사전 공지합니다.
제4조 (라이선스의 부여)
- 회사는 결제가 완료된 이용자에게 해당 플랜(무료/Standard/Premium, 구독형 또는 영구)에 따른 비독점적·양도 불가한 사용 권한을 부여합니다.
- 라이선스에는 동시 피어 수 등 사용 한도와 기능 범위가 명시되며, 이용자는 이를 초과하여 사용할 수 없습니다.
- 무료 등급은 라이선스에 정한 한도(예: 동시 5 피어) 내에서만 이용할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 라이선스의 무단 복제·배포·재판매·대여
- 라이선스 한도·기술적 보호조치의 우회 또는 무력화
- 리버스 엔지니어링(관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 제외)
- 법령 또는 본 약관에 위반되는 행위
제6조 (화상회의·온라인 강의 서비스 이용자의 책임)
- 회의를 여는 호스트나 강의를 운영하는 강사·이용 기관은 녹화, 서버 자막, AI 회의록·강의 요약 기능을 사용할 때 참가자에게 그 사실을 알리고, 필요한 경우 동의를 받아야 합니다. 회사는 녹화 중임을 모든 참가자에게 화면으로 표시합니다.
- 이용 기관이 서비스에 등록하거나 처리하게 하는 수강생·참가자 개인정보에 대해서는 이용 기관이 개인정보 처리자로서 책임을 지며, 회사는 그 위탁을 받아 처리합니다.
제7조 (만 14세 미만 이용)
만 14세 미만인 사람은 직접 회원으로 가입할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 학생은 이용 기관이 법정대리인의 동의를 받은 경우에 한하여, 이용 기관이 개설한 강의에 참여하는 방식으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (결제 및 라이선스 발급)
- 이용자는 회사가 제공하는 결제수단(국내 결제 및 해외 결제대행)을 통해 이용료를 결제합니다.
- 결제가 완료되면 라이선스가 온라인으로 발급됩니다.
- 구독형의 경우 약정 주기마다 정기 결제가 이루어지며, 이용자는 다음 결제일 전에 해지할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (청약철회 및 환불)
청약철회 및 환불에 관한 사항은 관련 법령 및 회사의 환불정책을 따릅니다.
제10조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
회사는 서비스의 내용·운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전 공지합니다.
제11조 (지식재산권)
소프트웨어 및 관련 저작물에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 라이선스 부여는 소유권의 이전을 의미하지 않습니다.
제12조 (보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한)
- 회사는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스가 특정 목적에 적합함을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책, 제3자 네트워크 장애 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사의 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 이용자가 해당 서비스에 대해 지급한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
제13조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁에 관한 관할은 관련 법령이 정하는 법원으로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between NetServ ("the Company") and users in connection with the software and related services (the "Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Software" means ServerKit, ConnectKit, SessionKit and related programs and documentation provided by the Company.
- "License" means the right to use the Software granted by the Company to the user.
- "User" means an individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and amendment)
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, giving prior notice of the effective date and reason.
Article 4 (Grant of license)
- Upon completed payment, the Company grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software under the applicable plan (Free/Standard/Premium; subscription or perpetual).
- The license states usage limits (such as concurrent peers) and feature scope, which the user may not exceed.
- The Free tier may be used only within the limits set in the license (e.g. 5 concurrent peers).
Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)
The user must not:
- Copy, distribute, resell or lease the license without authorization
- Circumvent or defeat license limits or technical protection measures
- Reverse-engineer the Software (except as permitted by applicable law)
- Act in violation of law or these Terms
Article 6 (Responsibilities of users of the video meeting and online class services)
- A host who opens a meeting, or an instructor or client institution that runs a class, must inform participants when using recording, server captions, or AI meeting minutes and class summaries, and obtain consent where necessary. The Company displays on screen to all participants that recording is in progress.
- For the personal data of students and participants that a client institution registers in the Service or causes to be processed, the client institution is responsible as the personal data controller, and the Company processes it under that entrustment.
Article 7 (Use by children under 14)
A person under the age of 14 may not register as a member directly. A student under 14 may use the Service only by participating in a class opened by a client institution, and only where the client institution has obtained the consent of a legal guardian.
Article 8 (Payment and license issuance)
- The user pays fees through the payment methods provided by the Company (domestic and international payment providers).
- Upon completed payment, the license is issued online.
- For subscriptions, recurring payment occurs each agreed cycle; the user may cancel before the next billing date.
Article 9 (Withdrawal and refunds)
Withdrawal and refunds are governed by applicable law and the Company's Refund Policy.
Article 10 (Provision and change of the Service)
The Company may change all or part of the Service as needed operationally or technically, giving prior notice of material changes.
Article 11 (Intellectual property)
Intellectual property in the Software and related works belongs to the Company. Granting a license does not transfer ownership.
Article 12 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company does not warrant that the Service is fit for a particular purpose.
- The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, the user's fault, or third-party network failures.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount the user paid for the relevant Service.
Article 13 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court determined by applicable law.
