Group video meetings, right in your browser
A video-conferencing service where several people meet face to face. Participants don't need to install anything — any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, …) joins from a link. Screen sharing, a whiteboard, and recording included; video and sound travel encrypted, and it works from a phone browser too.

Key features
🌐 Browser, no install
An invite link is all you need. It works on a phone browser too, so the people you invite install nothing.
👥 Multi-party video & audio
Many people meet face to face at once, with the active speaker highlighted automatically.
🖥️ Screen share & whiteboard
Present your screen and sketch together on a shared whiteboard, with on-screen annotation and a laser pointer. Ink drawn during a screen share is visible to everyone.
⏺️ Meeting recording
The host records the shared screen and presenter audio to MP4 (saved on the server, downloadable). Each plan has a per-recording limit (Free 60 min · Pro 8 hours), with a countdown and auto-stop in the last 5 minutes, and a storage panel to track usage. An optional auto-save interval (10 / 15 / 30 min) protects against power or server failures: pieces are closed safely and merged into one file when you stop. Older recordings move to archive storage after 24 hours and can still be downloaded from the list.
🛡️ Host controls & waiting room
Admit on approval, mute / remove / end the meeting, with a participant list, raise-hand, and reactions. When the host leaves, a dialog offers End for everyone / Leave only, and recording and server captions are wrapped up with it.
💬 Live captions & translation
Show what's being said as captions and translate it into another language. Default captions use each participant's browser speech recognition and translation (browsers without on-device translation fall back to a NetServ-operated translation engine). The host can switch on server caption mode, which processes the host's microphone audio with external speech-recognition and translation AI (Deepgram speech recognition, Claude translation) and shows each participant their chosen language.
🔒 Secure meeting mode
Choose "Secure meeting" when creating a meeting and live captions (browser and server) and AI minutes are turned off in that room, so audio is not sent to external AI for captions or minutes. Use it for sensitive meetings; the server also rejects those requests. It is a per-room setting that ends with the meeting.
✨ Clean background & audio
Background blur / virtual backgrounds and noise suppression for a tidy picture and clear sound.
🔐 Secure sign-in
Sign in or sign up with a NetServ unified account (SSO; existing accounts link automatically by email, and passwords migrate on first sign-in), protected by two-factor authentication (2FA), with automatic session refresh. Sign-in is shared with Education: log in to one app and you are signed in to the other automatically.
🛰️ Large meetings (cloud node)
Big meetings are offloaded to a cloud event node automatically. When the main server gets busy, new meetings are routed there to prevent overload. Recordings of meetings held on an event node are recovered automatically and merged into a single file.
🔏 Per-participant security levels
The host sets a confidentiality level per participant — block capture-send and file receipt, add a moving identity watermark over the shared screen, and (desktop app) block OS screen capture.
🖱️ Remote screen control (new in desktop 1.4.0)
A viewer clicks "🖱 Request control" and the presenter allows (or designates) a controller who can then operate the shared screen. Only works when the presenter shares a window or a whole monitor from the desktop app (browser-tab sharing can't be controlled); only one controller at a time, and the host can revoke control anytime. Control pauses whenever the presenter moves their own mouse, and Ctrl+Alt+F12 stops it instantly. Only available in meetings with the "open" security level; programs running elevated (admin/UAC) can't be controlled.
📽️ PowerPoint slideshow remote control · per-slide annotation (desktop app)
The desktop app launches a PowerPoint slideshow in a window, the presenter shares that window and flips slides with the ◀ ▶ control strip (PowerPoint required). Annotations are saved per slide: advancing gives a clean slide, and going back restores that slide's drawing.
📊 Slide presenter (PDF / PPT)
Open PDF or PPT slides right inside the meeting, present them and annotate page by page. The presenter camera appears as a small PiP window, and the annotated PDF can be exported and re-edited. While slides are shared, participants can point with a laser pointer.
🎚️ Meeting quality preset
The host sets the video quality for the whole meeting: Saver, Standard or High (720p) (a higher-plan feature). High is for small meetings (up to 50); large meetings or more than 50 participants are automatically lowered to Standard and restored when the head-count drops.
🎛️ Left-side rail for presenting
While sharing, media, share, PowerPoint, annotation, view, communication and host controls gather in a vertical rail on the left, which also works in full-screen presenting. Closing the app mid-meeting asks for confirmation first.
🎦 Presenter camera PiP
The presenter's face is overlaid on the shared screen in a small, draggable window, toggleable per viewer.
🛡️ Automatic failover
Built to automatically fail over to a standby server if the primary server has an outage, so meetings keep running.
How it works
Meeting control (sign-in, rooms) and live media (audio, video, screen) travel on separate paths. Participants don't connect to each other directly — everything goes through one relay server (SFU). Each person uploads video once and the server fans it out to everyone else, so upload load doesn't grow as people join.

| Web meeting (browser) | Available | Open in browser ↗ |
| Windows desktop app | Available · 1.7.0 | Download installer |
| Mobile (Android · iOS) | Available | Join from a phone browser |
| macOS app | Coming soon | use a browser for now |
The Windows app (currently 1.7.0) isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn on first run — choose "More info → Run anyway". After install, the app updates itself when a new version ships.
