Products come in three families: (A) App Service run by NetServ (individual and organization subscriptions), (B) Self-hosted (on-prem) deployments, and (C) SDK-Kits for developers. ConnectKit and basic SessionKit are always free; scale up to Standard, Premium, or Suite as needed.

App Service (NetServ-hosted) — individual & organization subscriptions
Subscription services you use right away on servers operated by NetServ. The flagship is Meeting (video conferencing); Education, WebRTC, and Classic share the same pricing structure. Individuals subscribe per host; organizations subscribe per seat.

The Self-hosted (Suite edition) is for organizations that need a dedicated server, an air-gapped network, or SSO / audit logs / RBAC. We add up the items below by scale and requirements and give you a quote.

C-3. SDK license terms & notes
- Redistribution: commercial redistribution allowed from Standard up; white-label from Premium up. Commercial apps — 3 on Standard, unlimited from Premium.
- Overage: if concurrent peak exceeds the band, auto-upgrade to the next band next month (no service cutoff), with prior notice. Renewal: annual increase capped at 7%. Downgrades apply at next renewal (no in-period refund).
- Support SLA: Standard email 2 business days / Premium 1 business day / Suite 4 hours (business hours) + onboarding consulting.
- Currency/tax: prices in USD, VAT/local tax excluded; KRW billing available for Korean customers.
