Right on your infrastructure — NetServ builds its apps on-prem for you
We deploy Meeting · Education · RemoteViewer · BulkReach · EdgeReach · SupportReach on your servers (on-premise, private cloud, air-gapped network). Accounts, meetings, video, recordings and logs never leave your premises.
Quote-based Build + license + support
Who it's for
🏛️ Public, finance, healthcare, education
Institutions whose rules forbid keeping data on an outside SaaS.
🧱 Air-gapped / segmented networks
Internal networks cut off from the internet that still need meetings, remote support or fleet control.
🔒 Data sovereignty & security rules
Video, screens, recordings and audit logs must stay on your own infrastructure.

FAQ
How is this different from App Service (hosted)?
App Service is a subscription where NetServ runs the servers. Self-hosted builds the same apps on your infrastructure and you operate them, so data stays inside it.
Does it work in an air-gapped network?
The EdgeReach and SupportReach turnkey packages run on an offline license file without depending on outside services. For other products we advise after an environment review.
Can it use our existing accounts (LDAP / SSO)?
EdgeReach and SupportReach support OIDC IdP integration. Other methods are by arrangement.
How is the price decided?
It is the sum of the build fee, license and support tier, and varies with scale and environment. Please request a quote.
How do we get updates?
We provide security patches and new releases; how they are applied is supported under your support agreement.
