A PC on another network, as if it were right in front of you

An installable desktop app for securely controlling PCs on different networks — home, office, closed/internal networks — and monitoring many of them at once. Screen streaming, keyboard/mouse control, file transfer, and session recording, with screen, input, and files all end-to-end encrypted (J-PAKE). No dependence on an outside cloud — you can run the connection servers yourself.

Install on both PCs; connect right away with code connect (a short connection code) or unattended connect (register a favorite, then double-click). Rather than joining a stranger's PC without an install, you install it on the machines you manage and run it reliably. The app auto-updates itself to the latest version (currently 0.10.7).

Key features

The top menu has Connection management (the host can also disconnect viewers), File & chat — now split into separate windows — and Help (manual, usage stats, license registration, about). Entering a Tenant Key auto-resolves your company.

Browser access — web viewer (new in 0.9.x)

The viewer side needs no install — open https://gw.classic.remote-viewer.com/ in a browser. Two ways to connect: (1) connection code — enter the short code the host issues (no token links, a single-use ticket), or (2) company key — save your company name and company key once (kept until you change it), then pick a PC from the peer list and enter that PC's password. In the browser you get chat 💬, send file 📎 / receive file 📥, remote sound 🔊, remote clipboard 📋 (get / set), and the host's camera 📷 (webcam picture-in-picture).

Recent improvements

• 0.10.7 — The Request Help tab now shows your company name and lists peers by group (only the selected group's peers), and the window title shows the version
• 0.10.6 — Simplified top bar and a new license-info dialog; product name unified as "NetServ RV-Classic". The web viewer's top-bar collapse applies only while connected (always expanded on load and after disconnect)
• 0.10.5 — Connection stability: no more lost messages right after connect, and duplicate TCP hole-punching is prevented. Also fixed a concurrent-registration race in the introducer that dropped devices from rosters
• 0.10.4 — Client build changed to reduce antivirus false positives
• 0.10.3 — Paid-feature licensing: company licenses with seats, a 90-day trial for new installs, and company authorization for recording upload. The central console adds customer-admin sign-in with the unified account (company-scoped permissions)
• 0.10.0 — Fixed the remote mouse being unresponsive on administrator-privilege windows (UAC, Task Manager, etc.) — the host now switches to an elevated launch. To control admin windows, run the host from an administrator account (a standard account controls normal windows only); no reinstall needed. If you used unattended auto-start, launch the app once manually after updating to switch to the elevated launch. Improved remote screen and caption UX, including caption buttons and block notices
• 0.9.12 — Mouse-wheel zoom scrolling on an enlarged remote view (native app and web viewer), plus a right-click hint banner (dismissible)
• 0.9.11 — The control panel opens centered. The host's "being controlled" banner is excluded from the viewer's capture so it no longer covers the remote screen (the host still sees it and can move it). The camera window is resizable and remembers its position, and closing it turns the camera off. An enlarged remote view scrolls both horizontally and vertically. Monitor1 is shown by default on multi-monitor hosts. A mouse that froze after clicking an administrator-privilege window now recovers automatically
• 0.9.10 — The host camera streams as soon as the viewer requests it (no host pre-approval needed)
• Web viewer — the ☰ menu now matches the right-click menu, the top bar collapses/expands (▴/▾), entering a company key then pressing "OK" loads the unattended-PC list, and the file-receive list reports a slow host instead of spinning

License & paid features

Basic remote control (viewing the screen, mouse and keyboard control) is always free. There are six paid features.

New installs get a 90-day trial of every feature from the first run; after that a license is needed for the paid features. Billing is per company subscription (company license), optionally with a seat count. It is linked to the App plan of the unified account and synced automatically by the console (closed networks can register it manually); a personal device key is kept as a secondary option. How it works

Connection control (rendezvous, room assignment) and live media (screen, input, files) travel on separate paths. The two PCs connect directly (P2P) when they can; when NAT or a firewall blocks that, it falls back automatically to a relay and a gateway (WSS 443) so it connects anywhere. The session key is created only on the two ends, so no server in the middle can see the screen or the input.

The Windows app isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn on first run — choose "More info → Run anyway". After install, the app updates itself when a new version ships. The Android APK is still 0.1.0 and doesn't yet include the latest features (e.g. the web viewer).

Basic remote control is always free on the Free plan; for paid features such as file transfer, chat and MultiView, plus more monitored PCs, storage and security, choose a paid tier billed per host, per month. New installs can try every feature for 90 days.

These are App bundle subscription prices (shared across all app products); one subscription covers Meeting, Education, WebRTC, Classic and BulkReach.
