멀리 있는 PC의 화면을 보고 직접 제어하는 실시간 원격 데스크톱입니다. 접속하는 쪽은 프로그램을 설치할 필요 없이 크롬·엣지 같은 브라우저만 있으면 바로 연결됩니다. 화면·소리·키보드/마우스· 파일이 모두 종단간 암호화(DTLS-SRTP)되어 오가며, 계정·역할·권한을 조직 단위로 관리합니다. 연결 서버(게이트웨이)까지 조직이 직접 운영해 데이터가 외부로 나가지 않게 할 수 있습니다.

조직·사용자·역할별 계정을 만들고 "보기만" 또는 "제어까지" 같은 권한을 정합니다. 그룹·그룹정책과 회사 등록 키(대량·셀프 등록), 2단계 인증(TOTP)까지 갖췄습니다.

자리에 사람이 없어도 등록해 둔 PC에 원격 접속하고, 꺼진 PC는 Wake-on-LAN으로 원격에서 깨웁니다. 로그인 화면 상태에서도 접속·조작할 수 있습니다.
🔐 종단간 암호화 · 자동 우회
화면·입력·파일이 WebRTC(DTLS-SRTP)로 암호화됩니다. 직접 연결이 되면 게이트웨이는 빠지고, 방화벽·NAT로 막히면 TURN 릴레이로 자동 폴백해 어디서든 붙습니다.
작동 원리
뷰어(브라우저·앱)와 호스트는 먼저 게이트웨이에서 로그인하고 서로를 찾습니다. 게이트웨이가 연결 정보(SDP·ICE)를 중개하면, 가능한 한 두 컴퓨터가 직접(P2P)으로 이어져 화면·소리·입력·파일을 주고받고 이때 게이트웨이는 빠집니다. 방화벽·NAT로 직접 연결이 안 되면 TURN 릴레이로 자동 우회합니다. 게이트웨이는 계정·권한과 시그널링을 담당하고, 무설치 웹 뷰어도 함께 제공합니다.

보는 쪽은 브라우저만으로 지금 바로 사용할 수 있습니다. Windows 앱은 코드 서명 전이라 첫 실행 시 SmartScreen 경고가 나올 수 있습니다 — "추가 정보 → 실행"을 눌러 주세요. Android는 사이드로드 방식이라 "출처를 알 수 없는 앱" 설치를 허용해야 합니다. 설치 후에는 새 버전이 나오면 앱이 자동으로 업데이트합니다.

Classic 과 무엇이 다른가요?
둘 다 원격 데스크톱이지만 쓰임새가 다릅니다. Classic은 양쪽 모두 앱을 설치하고 폐쇄망·사내망에 최적화된 검증된 방식이며, WebRTC는 보는 쪽이 브라우저만으로 접속하고 계정·역할 관리와 간편 접속에 강점이 있습니다. 빠른 원격 지원과 외부에서의 간편 접속에는 WebRTC가, 폐쇄망 상주 관제에는 Classic이 잘 맞습니다.

A remote desktop that opens in a browser — no install
A real-time remote desktop for seeing and controlling a PC far away. The person connecting doesn't install anything — any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, …) is enough. Screen, sound, keyboard/mouse, and files all travel end-to-end encrypted (DTLS-SRTP), with accounts, roles, and permissions managed per organization. You can even run the connection server (gateway) yourself, so data never leaves your org.

Install the app on the PC you want to show (the host) and register it; the viewer connects from a browser with just a link and an access code. It works from a phone browser too, with touch control.

🔌 Browser access, no install
The viewer sees and controls the screen from a browser — no install, no sign-up. On a phone, control by touch. Web, Android, iOS, and desktop viewers are all supported.

Create accounts per organization, user, and role, and set rights like "view only" or "full control". Groups and group policies, a company enrollment key (bulk / self-enrollment), and two-factor auth (TOTP) are built in.

Fluid H.264 video, and you also hear the remote PC's sound. Bitrate adapts to the link, and lost segments are recovered with FEC · NACK.

🔐 End-to-end encryption · auto-fallback
Screen, input, and files are encrypted over WebRTC (DTLS-SRTP). When a direct link is up the gateway steps aside; when NAT or a firewall blocks it, a TURN relay takes over so it connects anywhere.
How it works
The viewer (browser or app) and the host first sign in and find each other through the gateway. The gateway brokers the connection details (SDP · ICE); then the two computers link directly (P2P) where possible to exchange screen, sound, input, and files — and the gateway steps aside. If a direct link is blocked, they fall back to a TURN relay. The gateway handles accounts and signaling, and also serves the install-free web viewer.

The viewer works right now from a browser. The Windows app isn't code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn on first run — choose "More info → Run anyway". Android installs by sideload — allow "install unknown apps". After install, the app updates itself when a new version ships.

How is it different from Classic?
Both are remote desktops, but they suit different needs. Classic installs on both ends and is a proven fit for closed / internal networks, while WebRTC lets the viewer connect from a browser only and is strong on accounts, roles, and easy access. For quick remote support and easy access from outside, choose WebRTC; for always-on monitoring on a closed network, choose Classic.
